A Slice of Heaven

Reserva La Tigra Land Project became ecologically oriented in 1993 under Organico Botanico as a reforestation and sacred seeds vitality project where hundreds of trees were planted in an analogical way to support the soil health and regeneration of secondary rainforest to areas that had been deforested.  Trees planted include Pelon, Mangosteen, Cacao, Coffee, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Citrus, Banana, Jackfruit, Breadfruit and many others.  These trees are food for the monkeys and other wildlife that travel through the land.  In 2014, Organico Botanico was purchased by Julia Malone who later recognized the key role that the land plays for several hundreds Species of Flora and fauna.   RLT connects the Children’s Eternal Rainforest to La Tigra River. with that realization Reserva La Tigra project was realized.

A Rare and Precious Gem

The fertile volcanic soil of this land is not only nourishment to so many species it has proven itself to grow some of the worlds most potent biodynamic Turmeric and Ginger. Visitors report that walking on this land is a magical experience like no other. Being the Earth Keeper of Reserva La Tigra is an honor and a blessing.
